Description:

The course will cover, at a graduate level and focused around key primary literature, the ecology and evolution of microbes. We will explore essential methods and concepts, and ongoing ‘unknowns’ in the field.  In this course, the term “microbial” is shorthand for prokaryotes + viruses.
